Les Kaciban, a 30+ year veteran of Federal Law Enforcement and private security, leads Paragon Protective Services’ national team of over 10,000 security support specialists and other professionals who make up the security, logistics and law enforcement arm of Paragon’s Government services. Prior to joining Paragon, Mr. Kaciban served as Deputy Assistant Director of the FBI, where he was responsible for directing the FBI’s international investigative and protective programs, including managing over 2,000 special agents and linguists around the world. He also served as the first Director of the FBI’s International Law Enforcement Academy, which has graduated over 7,000 law enforcement officers from 27 countries.
