HERNDON, Va., Aug. 24, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — Mr. Marohn joins Paragon’s Protective Services sector leadership team with over 25 years of Federal Government law enforcement experience. His distinguished career includes positions at four federal agencies and expertise in complex investigations, process improvement analysis and program development. Marohn most recently served as the Assistant Director for Federal Protective Services (DHS). “Robert’s achievements in leading successful teams and improving procedural integrity will further enhance our Quality Control programs. We look forward to his added insight,” remarked Paragon Protective Services President Les Kaciban.   

In his role with Paragon, Marohn will oversee the development and evaluation of the Quality Control team. In addition, he will focus on verifying the effectiveness of implemented solutions and will perform investigations as required. “Paragon’s elite training and quality control capabilities drive our successful offerings. Lisette Chreene joins Paragon Systems, Inc. corporate leadership team with specific responsibilities in talent acquisition, diversity programs, employee development, and strategy.

Joining Paragon following a notable career with affiliate Securitas USA, Lisette will lead human resource organizational efforts across both Paragon and Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services, Inc. Most recently serving as the Vice President, Talent Development, for the entire 100,000 employee Guarding business unit at Securitas USA, Lisette worked to build a robust management training program and enhance the onboarding processes. Prior to that position, Lisette spent nearly a decade as the Vice President, Human Resources for Securitas USA’s Pacific Region. In that role, Lisette led employee engagement, development, and recruitment efforts for an employee base 17,000 strong.

Throughout her career Lisette has earned numerous awards and recognitions, including Training Magazine’s Top Young Trainer and is featured in TD magazine’s August 2020 article An Onboarding Makeover to Match a Hiring Boom.

Stem joins Paragon’s leadership team with over 30 years of public and private service in the defense industry. Following his retirement from the U.S. Navy, Stem focused on Federal business development with Department of Defense contractors helping to grow both industry partnerships and service capabilities. “I am very glad to have Jack joining our team. Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services, Inc. (SCIS) announces Tony Sabatino as its new Chief Executive Officer, who succeeds the retiring Kevin Sandkuhler.
