Contract Vehicles

Paragon understands our clients’ need to maximize budgets while adhering to strict schedules and service requirements. Making use of Indefinite Delivery type contracts and other contracting mechanisms, we offer a wide range of contractual vehicles to help meet the changing needs of Government agencies and the military.

Paragon’s services are already approved for purchase under a Government-wide General Services Administration Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) (SIN 246-54: Guard Services). Our MAS contract is available for use by any Federal agency, making it easy and convenient for you to put our expert team of security professionals to work immediately.

Contracting offices that place orders pursuant to the MAS, using the procedures set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 8.404, are not required to seek competition outside of GSA Schedules or synopsize the requirement. In addition, ordering activities are not required to make a separate determination of fair and reasonable pricing, except for the price evaluation required by FAR 8.405-2(d) when ordering services requiring a statement of work. GSA has already determined the prices of items under schedule contracts to be fair and reasonable and that the order represents the best value and results in the lowest overall cost alternative to meet the Government’s needs. Although GSA has already negotiated fair and reasonable pricing with Paragon, ordering offices may seek additional discounts before placing an order.
