Tony Sabatino was named Chief Executive Officer of Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services, Inc. (SCIS) and Paragon Systems, Inc. (Paragon) in January 2020. Previously, Mr. Sabatino served as president of the Pacific Region for over 10 years, which grew under his leadership to become the company’s largest Region with over 15,000 employees. In 2015, Mr. Sabatino was promoted to Executive Vice President, Securitas North American Division with responsibilities for strategy, marketing, communications, corporate development, and special projects. More broadly, since joining Securitas in 1991, Mr. Sabatino has held various field and corporate roles in sales, management and operations. He has also led or coordinated multiple acquisitions in guarding, electronic security, and investigation services.

Andy Henry became Controller for Paragon and SCIS in 2019. He provides a wealth of financial audit, budgeting and forecasting expertise to the executive leadership team as well as oversight and guidance to Sector Controllers. Prior to this role, he was Division Controller for affiliate company Securitas North America, where he provided financial support, training, and analysis for this $4B Division. In addition, he was an instrumental member of several development teams responsible for the modeling and reporting systems now in place across the North America enterprise. Mr. Henry previously worked as a Private Investigator specializing in financial audits and investigations.

Sean O’Brien joined SCIS in late 2020 after serving with affiliate Securitas USA since 2012. During his time at Securitas, Sean has held sales, training, operations and executive roles. As a VP of Global National Sales, Sean was a founding member of the Securitas Global Clients Americas business development team and was personally responsible for signing over one billion dollars’ worth of secured contract revenue. Most recently before joining SCIS, Sean owned the P&L as the operations lead for Securitas in New York City as the Area Vice President over a team of over 800 employees. Now a part of SCIS, Sean leads business development efforts across both the federal and commercial environments.

Laura Hagan has served as the Vice President of Labor Relations and General Counsel for Paragon Systems since 2014. She has nearly two decades of litigation and contracts experience. In addition, Ms. Hagan brings her experience as a business development executive to the role of General Counsel. She previously served as Assistant Vice President of Business Development and General Counsel with Paragon from 2011 to 2014. Ms. Hagan’s extensive government contracting experience includes direct involvement in bid and proposal efforts, as well as drafting and negotiating subcontracts, overseeing contract and regulatory compliance, and advising on a broad range of employment and labor issues.

Lisette Chreene became the senior Human Resources leader for Paragon and SCIS in 2021. Previously serving as the Vice President, Talent Development, for the entire 100,000 employee Guarding business unit at affiliate company Securitas USA, Ms. Chreene built a robust management training program and enhanced onboarding processes. Prior to that position, she spent nearly a decade as the Vice President, Human Resources for Securitas USA’s Pacific Region, supporting an employee base 17,000 strong. Ms. Chreene has held positions as a Training Manager at University Southern California (USC) and at Taco Bell, where she was a Manager with P&L responsibility for five locations.

Ron Hickie

Mr. Hickie as President of Paragon Energy is dedicated to providing outstanding service to nuclear clients. Mr. Hickie began his career as a nuclear security officer at Yankee Atomic Electric Company. In less than ten years, he was named a Project Manager at an operating nuclear power plant and continued to work his way up from there. In 2009, Ron stepped into the role of Region President for the Securitas Energy Services Sector, a predecessor to the current Paragon Energy Sector. Under his leadership, Paragon Energy has become the preeminent name in providing security services to highly regulated industry clients throughout the United States.

Nicolas Re leads SCIS, focused on security for aerospace and defense industries. His role includes executive management, infrastructure development, operations oversight, and business development. Mr. Re joined Pinkerton Government Services, Inc. (now SCIS) through the acquisition of American Protective Services (APS) in January 2000. Previously, as a Program Manager on assignment with a large defense contractor, Mr. Re built and managed a security workforce for multiple locations in the Twin Cities, Minnesota area. Since then, he has served as Branch Manager in Fort Smith, Arkansas and Fort Wayne, Indiana where he worked to develop existing business throughout the Midwest while building operational support for defense industry clients. For nine years, he served as Area Vice President for the Northern U.S and then two years as Vice President of Operations.

Angela Greaver moved into the Corporate Facility Security Officer role in April 2023. Prior to that, Ms. Greaver filled several roles in the industrial security department at both SCIS and Paragon. With over ten years of experience in industrial security leadership, Ms. Greaver has established and implemented company-wide cleared personnel auditing procedures. These procedures helped the company obtain multiple Superior DCSA ratings.
